Correction to LCD oscilloscope for spectrum analyser article by Matjaz Vidmar published in issue 2/2007

There is a small error in my article about the LCD oscilloscope signalled by Noris iw3sgg. The pins 19 and 20 of the PIC are swapped on the circuit diagram. The PCB and the photos are of course correct.
